Duo Bawang (Merah Putih) geprek
3 gelas air
secukupnya Minyak goreng
Garam
Penyedap rasa (Royco)
Langkah
- Panaskan minyak dan tumis duo bawang sampai wangi
- Masukan timun dan tebu telor,aduk dan ditutup.. Kalau kering masukkan air perlahan..
- Kalo sudah mendidih kemudian masukan telor.. diaduk2 hingga tercerai berai.. Masak sampai layu namun masih hijau-hijau segar..
- Masukan penyedap dan garam sesuai selera...
