Bahan-bahan:
1. 1 papan dage
2. 1 potong pare
3. 2 siung bawang merah
4. 2 potong cabai merah
5. 1 siung bawang putih
6. Garam
Langkah-langkah:
1. Haluskan bumbu (bawang merah, cabai merah, bawang putih) tambahkan garam
2. Pisahkan bumbu dari ulegan
3. Haluskan dage, tambahkan bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan
4. Potong pare, jangan lupa dicuci terlebih dahulu
5. Letakkan dage di atas pare yang sudah di potong, padatkan dage agar terbentuk & tempel di pare
6. Kukus sebentar & botok dage siap d santap hangat-hangat
