Bahan :
• 500 gr singkong
• sedikit gula merah atau putih (optional)
• sedikit garam
• kelapa parut segar (optional)
Cara membuat :
1. Kupas dan cuci bersih singkong
2. Parut kasar singkong, jika suka dpt dicampur dgn gula merah/putih, lalu dikukus atau dapat pula tanpa diberi gula.
3. Campur kelapa parut dan garam, kukus.
4. Ambil sebongkah singkong parut yang sudah matang, taburi atasnya dengan kelapa parut,selamat menikmati.
